Foxhills Collection is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to be the first contact for guests visiting our luxurious spa facilities. This casual, part-time role at Foxhills Club & Resort in Ottershaw involves welcoming guests, handling appointments, and processing payments.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or reception, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as spa schedules require.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist role, preferably spa/hospitality/retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the spa reception area
• Assist guests with scheduling appointments, providing information on available treatments, packages, and promotions, and answering inquiries about spa services
• Handle phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area, including desk, waiting area, and retail displays
• Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift certificates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:
