Crerar Hotels invites you to join our spa reception team, where you will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism in stunning Scottish locations and the Lake District. You will manage bookings, assist guests with treatments, and help run a smooth, guest-focused reception.

As a Spa Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our spa. You will play a vital role in delivering a warm welcome, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the spa reception. Your responsibilities will include handling guest inquiries, managing treatment schedules, processing payments, and supporting the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also assist with administrative duties to ensure the spa operates efficiently and in line with Crerar Hotels’ high standards.
