Job summary

The QHotels Collection in Leeds is seeking a guest-focused spa team member to welcome guests, take spa bookings, answer inquiries and advise on treatments and offers, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Based at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, you will enjoy extensive leisure facilities and a comprehensive benefits package including free health club membership, staff discounts across golf and The QHotels Collection, training support, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

What will I do?

Welcome and greet spa guests,make spa bookings, support with enquires and advise on treatments and offers, carry out daily checks and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Spa Opening Times: Monday -Sunday 10:00am - 19:00pm Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am- Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am- 20:00pm

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property.
