Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist at its Newport location. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and providing information about the spa facilities and treatments.

We are looking for someone with guest-service experience and a professional, friendly demeanor; beauty qualifications are desirable to support therapists. Full-time, permanent position with attractive benefits.

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and show them around the facilities.

DEPARTMENT– Spa
RATE OF PAY– £12.72 per hour plus amazing benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE– Full Time – Permanent
HOURS OF WORK– 37.5 hours per week
SHIFT DETAILS– 5 days out of 7 including weekends

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …

We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist with a sparkling personality to join our fantastic team!
As well as immaculate presentation and a professional, friendly manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent guest service skills gained through experience in a similar role.
In order to deliver an exceptional five star guest service, it is also important that you are willing to learn, qualification in beauty in desirable to allow support to therapists as and when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …

You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to each and every guest,. you will also be responsible for showing them around the facilities on arrival and providing advice and assistance whenever required.
Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain both a detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, and the ability to sell to guests.
