Job summary

The Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder is seeking a detail-oriented Duty Manager, Front of House to lead guest interactions and oversee the smooth running of our hotel’s front of house. You’ll coordinate with departments, solve issues, manage guest feedback, ensure safety standards, and act as the brand ambassador to deliver the exceptional Gleneagles experience.

The role offers an attractive OTE of £40,865 p.a.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Front of House/Duty Manager role.
• Full driving licence.
• Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and guest-care skills.
• Strong team-player with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all departments to anticipate pinch-points and delight guests.
• Solve problems and coordinate repairs or issues with the appropriate teams.
• Be the go-to person for guest feedback and resolve queries.
• Oversee smooth operation with Guest Experience and Guest Relations teams.
• Ensure fire, health & safety, licensing and security standards are maintained.
