The role is on a 32-hour-per-week contract and involves ensuring smooth operation of the Riverside Leisure Club, guest service excellence, and accurate handling of guest information and payments.

The successful candidate will join a team focused on great service, spa and wellness enthusiasm, and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role is desirable.
• A passion for spa and wellness is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa and pool facilities to health and safety standards.
• Record guest details and payments where required.
• Describe pricing and benefits of hotel spa services.
