voco Oxford Thames, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Spa & Leisure Attendant for the Riverside Leisure Club on a 32-hour per week contract. You will maintain spa/pool facilities, ensure health and safety standards, and record guest details while delivering high-quality service in a guest-focused environment.

A fantastic opportunity for a Spa & Leisure Attendant to join our team in voco Oxford Thames on a 32-hour per week contract! As our Spa & Leisure Attendant, you will work at Riverside Leisure Club. While working at the reception consistently delivering professional, personalised, and high-quality service, you will also ensure the maintenance of spa and pool facilities, ensuring health and safety standards are met and obtain and record all relevant guest details including contact details, medical history and payment details. You will work with our management team to maintain the highest standard of guest service whilst displaying genuine care for guest experience, you will be expected to maintain treatment and brand knowledge with the ability to describe prices and benefits of our amazing product.
