Job summary

voco Oxford Spires is seeking a Painter & Decorator on a full-time contract starting January 2027. You will earn £14.85 per hour (about £30,888 annualised) and benefit from staff accommodation in Oxford. The role focuses on delivering high-quality maintenance and guest-ready aesthetics across hotel spaces.

Experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally in a hotel environment, is preferred. Additional skills in plumbing or electrical work are a plus.

A fantastic opportunity for a Painter & Decorator to join our team in voco Oxford Spires on a Full-Time contract!

This assignment will start in January 2027 and you will earn £14.85 per hour - equal to £30,888.00 salary.

To succeed as a Painter & Decorator, you will need:

• To be passionate about delivering great service and have a great understanding of Health and Safety.


• Previous experience or Qualified as Painter and Decorator - within Hotel Environment is a plus.


• Any additional experience & Qualified as a Plumber or Electrician will be considered a plus.


• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
