Job description

Champneys Mottram Hall

Contract: Full Time

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Hours between 6.00am and 11.00pm [flexible patterns available]. Includes weekend rotations.

Within this role, you will be adaptable to our guest needs and enjoy a variety of tasks, putting our guests' experience first.

Some Responsibilities Include

1. Ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean, presentable, and free of used items.
2. Ensure that all poolside areas are clean, presentable, free of obstruction, and inviting for relaxation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas within the Spa and Leisure facility.
4. Use industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and uphold standards during closing hours.
5. Manage used towels and robes by ensuring their removal from guest areas and timely washing and drying in the laundry room.
6. Maintain effective stock levels of towels and robes at the spa reception.
7. Work according to allocated checklists and support the Spa and Leisure team or colleagues with general requests.
8. Uphold high levels of security and communication between management, colleagues, and guests.
