We are recruiting an experienced cleaner for Hale Country Club & Spa. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism across all operational areas, ensuring memorable guest experiences and adherence to our world-class standards.

About THG Experience

Main Duties of the Role

• Clean all areas according to specifications, including offices, stores, toilets, restaurants, showers, sports areas, changing rooms, saunas, gyms, receptions, and furniture. Tasks include wet/dry mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, buffing, spot cleaning, wiping, washing, sanitizing, scrubbing, dusting, etc.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Operate cleaning machinery, tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain high standards of customer care at all times.
• Attend training courses regularly as part of the role.
• Cover for other cleaners during holidays and sickness.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as requested by management.

Requirements

• Experience in a spa or health club environment.
• Hands-on approach to work.
• Attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
