Job summary

Herb House Spa at Lime Wood in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our friendly team. This role focuses on day-to-day cleanliness and guest comfort in a renowned spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the spa changing rooms are cleaned, tidy, and replenished with fresh towels and spa essentials.
• Cleaning of all public/shared facilities such as the reception area and spa shop.
• Safety and hygiene best practise. Ensure appropriate signage is placed and correct use of chemicals and equipment are used.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team, ensuring all work is being carried out with little impact to our guest’s experience.
• Handle stock with care, keeping stock counts/ sheets up to date.
• Provide a friendly approach to your work, assisting guests as/when required.

We are currently looking for a Spa Attendant to join our friendly team at Herb House Spa.

Please note: Owing to the nature of the role - cleaning of female changing facilities and for legitimate reasons/ discretion of our guests we are seeking female applicants only.

Herb House Spa is located within the grounds of Lime Wood - a boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

At Herb House, we are dedicated to natural well-being, inspired by our forest surroundings. Our Spa is designed over three levels, incorporating a massive Sauna, indoor Hydro Pool, Mud House, a steaming outdoor Hot Pool, eight spacious single treatment rooms and two magnificent double treatment rooms.

We also have a state-of-the-art rooftop gym with the very latest technogym equipment, a 16-metre ozone treated indoor lap pool with glass doors overlooking the garden. About the role:

About you:
