Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Spa Attendant to support the day-to-day operation of our luxury spa.

You will maintain cleanliness, stock towels and guest amenities, assist guests and help with laundry and inventory, ensuring a relaxing and welcoming guest experience.

The role requires a proactive, reliable team player who can work shifts including weekends and early mornings, adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all spa facilities.
• Prepare spa areas for daily operation and stock towels, robes and guest amenities.
• Regularly replenish towels, robes and consumables to ensure guest experience.
• Assist guests with general enquiries and provide a warm, welcoming presence.
• Support laundry movement, stock rotation and inventory management.
• Ensure spa facilities remain safe, tidy and guest-ready at all times.
• Carry out facility checks and report issues promptly.
• Support the Spa team in delivering guest experiences and luxury standards.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.

As a Spa Attendant, you will play an essential role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our award-winning spa facilities. Our Spa Attendant will:

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all spa facilities including changing rooms, relaxation lounges, thermal experiences and treatment areas.
• Prepare spa areas for daily operation, ensuring towels, robes, refreshments and guest amenities are fully stocked and beautifully presented.
• Regularly replenish towels, robes, toiletries and consumables to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the day.
• Support guests with general enquiries and provide a warm, professional and welcoming presence within the spa.
• Assist with laundry movement, stock rotation and inventory management to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure spa facilities remain safe, tidy and guest-ready at all times.
• Carry out regular facility checks, reporting maintenance issues, hazards or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate team.
• Support the wider Spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the luxury standards synonymous with Pennyhill Park.
• Follow all health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for guests and colleagues. We are looking for a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our Spa team. As a Spa Attendant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our spa facilities. Your attention to detail, calm approach and pride in presentation will help ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing, clean and welcoming spa environment throughout their visit., You'll be a reliable, organised and guest-focused Spa Attendant who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Our Spa Attendant will:
