Job summary

JFC Group in the Southwest UK is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow the business by strengthening relationships with existing and new customers and to meet sales targets. The role involves extensive travel across Devon, Somerset, and Dorset.

You will use CRM software to coordinate daily activities, track opportunities and share market insights with leadership. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of B2B field sales experience are required, with a strong sales record and a clean

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience B2B with proven results.
• Proven history of meeting sales budgets/targets.
• English fluency and a full clean driving licence.
• Knowledge of farming, agriculture and equine is desirable.
• Based in Southwest UK (Devon, Somerset or Dorset).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with central buyers and manage key accounts.
• Hit sales budget by identifying new opportunities.
• Utilise CRM for daily activities, project tracking, market and customer information.
• Communicate market findings and customer insights to management.
• Plan and conduct customer meetings; keep CRM updated.
• Report sales progress in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and development.
• Adhere to all relevant H&S policies and procedures.
