Job summary

ion-tec Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the Southern region from field-based locations across the South of England and Wales, with HQ in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on new business generation while nurturing existing client relationships in a dynamic, autonomous patch.

You will engage with engineers, project directors, and site teams, travelling as needed and presenting tailored engineering solutions across our product range.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial sales or business development.
• Able to travel within the territory (South of England & Wales) and to meet clients on site.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the Southern region.
• Account Management: nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
