Responsibilities

• Monitor cleaning services across sites to ensure standards are met.
• Carry out regular cleaning audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with staff to prioritise daily workloads.
• Monitor contracts and report issues to management.
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure frontline service quality.
• Respond to client requests and resolve service issues promptly.
• Provide training to staff and ensure staff have required skills.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and required paperwork.
• Maintain company vehicles and ensure regular checks.
• Build relationships with clients and operational teams.
