Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to own the South West territory, driving growth across roofing, cladding fasteners and flat roofing solutions. You’ll be a hands-on, customer-facing technical and commercial partner, identifying opportunities, building lasting relationships and delivering measurable sales results across contractors, distributors and OEMs.

This role requires an autonomous, proactive seller with strong product knowledge and field-enabled presentation

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within construction products or related sector.
• Experience in roofing, cladding, fasteners or building envelope is highly advantageous.
• Confident, engaging communication with customers at all levels.
• Commercially minded with ability to spot new opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a large geographic territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve turnover and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South West.
• Build relationships with roofing and cladding contractors, OEMs, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Manage and develop key accounts with long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical and consultative sales support to customers.
