Job summary

Kevin Edward Associates is working with a respected business in modular accommodation and specialist rental to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the South West territory. The role focuses on developing new business, managing relationships with contractors, healthcare, education, and end users, and driving revenue through project-led sales.

You will travel approximately 1-2 days per week across the territory and must be commutable to Cannock.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the South West territory with contractors, project stakeholders and end users.
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, construction companies, healthcare providers, education establishments and end users.
• Identify opportunities for temporary modular buildings and related accommodation solutions.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order closure.
• Build a strong pipeline and meet revenue targets; coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects.
