Job summary

Forge Holiday Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover based in Cornwall. The role focuses on multi-brand regional campaigns to generate owner leads across South West brands, with hybrid work options from Redruth or other offices.

You’ll collaborate with regional and head office teams, deliver cross-channel campaigns, organise events, and help grow our portfolio while travelling to Devon and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as part of a marketing team.
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
• Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
• IT literate and able to learn new skills
• Ability to understand and Market the Unique Selling Point of individual Brands.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Full Driving Licence and use of a car.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day online and offline marketing activity and campaigns, in line with business objectives and targets.
• Deliver engaging campaigns through content marketing, paid media and META, copywriting, print, social media and direct marketing.
• Organise, set up, and attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing our family of brands.
• Work as part of the regional marketing team to generate new ideas for driving owner leads for each brand to grow our portfolio.
• Develop relationships with andwork alongside internal or external creative teams,marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractorstoeffectively promote our sister brands through bespoke marketing campaigns.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with third parties (owners, land agents, estate agents and developers).
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.
• Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
