Job summary

Forge Holiday Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel campaigns across Wales, build owner relationships and grow our regional brand portfolio. You will craft content for digital, social, web, print and direct channels, organise events and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimise performance.

You’ll support lead generation for property owners, manage multiple projects, and contribute to the regional marketing strategy.

• Experience working within a marketing team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Confidence working independently and using your own initiative.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• IT literacy and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• A passion for marketing and delivering results.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across our regional brands.
• Create engaging content across digital, social, web, print and direct marketing channels.
• Help drive property owner leads and portfolio growth across Wales.
• Deliver day-to-day online and offline marketing activity aligned to business objectives.
• Build relationships with owners, estate agents, land agents, developers and key stakeholders.
• Organise and attend events, exhibitions and trade shows, representing our family of brands.
• Generate new marketing ideas to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Work with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver effective campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with wider regional and head office marketing teams on shared initiatives.

Join Forge Holiday Group as a Regional Marketing Executive!

We're looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to join our Regional Marketing team and help drive brand growth and property owner leads across Wales. If you're a proactive marketer with a passion for delivering engaging campaigns, building strong relationships and making a real impact across multiple brands, we'd love to hear from you.

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
• Reporting to our Regional Marketing Manager
• Part of our Regional Marketing Team

What you'll be doing:
