Job summary

Forge Holiday Group Ltd in North Wales is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the Regional Marketing team and support campaigns for our family of brands.

You will work closely with Regional Brands and Head Office to implement brand-specific marketing activities and help convert leads into contracts. The role offers hybrid working, travel within Wales, and progression in a leading holiday cottage group.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as part of a marketing team.
• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
• Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
• IT literate and able to learn new skills
• Ability to understand and Market the Unique Selling Point of individual Brands.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Full Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day online and offline marketing activity and campaigns within our sister brands, in line with business objectives and targets
• Delivering engaging campaigns through web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning.
• Organise, set up, and attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing our family of brands.
• Work as part of the regional marketing team to generate new ideas for driving owner leads for each brand to grow our portfolio.
• Developing relationships with and working alongside internal or external creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote our sister brands through bespoke marketing campaigns.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with third parties (owners, land agents, estate agents and developers)
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
