Job summary

Forge Holiday Group in Cornwall is seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to cover maternity leave. You will drive multi-brand regional campaigns across Coast & Country Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Cornish Cottage Holidays, John Bray Cornish Holidays and Carbis Bay Holidays, delivering on-brand marketing that generates owner leads.

Joining the regional marketing team, you’ll collaborate with the brand teams and head office to plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels,

Qualifications

• Experience as part of a marketing team.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent negotiation with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to build, manage and maintain relationships.
• IT literacy and ability to learn new skills.
• Ability to market the unique selling points of each brand.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Full driving licence and use of a car.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day online and offline marketing activity and campaigns, in line with business objectives and targets.
• Deliver engaging campaigns through content marketing, paid media and META, copywriting, print, social media and direct marketing.
• Organise, set up, and attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing our family of brands.
• Work as part of the regional marketing team to generate new ideas for driving owner leads for each brand to grow our portfolio.
• Develop relationships with and work alongside internal or external creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote our sister brands through bespoke marketing campaigns.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with third parties (owners, land agents, estate agents and developers).
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.
• Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
