Job summary

Global Guardians, the UK's leading Property Guardianship Company, is seeking a Multi-skilled Operative to join our team in South West London with occasional travel. You will maintain and repair our portfolio of properties to high safety and livability standards.

This full-time role requires a full UK driving license, relevant trade certifications, and the ability to work independently or with the team. Hours are 8:00–16:30, Monday to Friday, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in maintenance, repairs, and construction across multi-skilled trades.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills.
• Able to manage workload and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on maintenance and repair across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
• Diagnose issues and perform efficient repairs to residential properties.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to address maintenance issues promptly.
