Job summary

The Solution Group Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our client’s delivery team across London and the South East. The role involves carrying out maintenance and building works across a portfolio of sites, including planned maintenance, reactive repairs and minor refurbishments.

You will prioritise quality workmanship, safety compliance and effective problem-solving while working independently and within a larger team.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out general building repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership on site.
• Strong commitment to health and safety on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of maintenance and building tasks across client sites.
• Carry out carpentry repairs/ installations, tiling, decorating, brickwork and other trades as required.
• Travel across Surrey, Guildford and South East to attend sites and support projects.
