Job summary

Global Guardians is seeking an experienced FM Service Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day facilities and maintenance services across a multi-property portfolio in London and the South East. You will head the maintenance team (~10 operatives), manage budgets, and drive safe, compliant operations that prepare properties for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities/maintenance team in a multi-property portfolio.
• Strong ability to plan maintenance programmes and manage competing priorities.
• Proven track record producing KPI reports and improving performance.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and controlling expenditure.
• Knowledge of RAMS and COSHH assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FM and Maintenance Team to meet objectives and budgets.
• Plan workloads and allocate resources to maximise productivity.
• Coordinate reactive, planned and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance.
• Ensure properties remain safe, compliant and ready for occupation.
• Produce and analyse service delivery KPI reports.
