Job summary

The Solution Group Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join the operational delivery team. The role covers maintenance and building works across a varied client portfolio, with site visits across London and the South East.

You will carry out carpentry, tiling, decorating, brickwork, fencing, flooring, basic plumbing and make good tasks, with emphasis on safety and workmanship. Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out general building repairs and maintenance.
• Confident working independently and making decisions on site.
• Strong transferable practical skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out building maintenance across sites in London and the South East.
• Perform carpentry repairs and installations, tiling, decorating, brickwork repairs, fencing and gate repairs, flooring repairs, and basic plumbing.
• Support wider operational projects as required.
• Maintain high workmanship standards with health and safety compliance.
