Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to look after a portfolio of London HMOs. Based in Stepney Green, you will travel daily across London to perform reactive repairs and small refurbishment projects, ensuring properties are safe and well maintained for tenants.

You should have proven trade skills in at least two core trades, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to report work using standard apps.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson in residential property.
Proficiency in at least two core trades (carpentry/partitions, painting/decorating, plumbing/electrics).
Full UK driving licence (Category B or above) with no more than 3 points; driving company vehicles will be required.

Responsibilities

Reactive repairs across London HMOs: carpentry, plumbing, electrics, painting and cosmetic refurbishment.
Small projects such as partitions and general refurbishments.
Daily quick fixes across multiple properties within your patch.
Diagnose issues on-site and fix right first time.
Plan daily tasks and materials from job tickets.
Log job status with photos via Fixflo and other systems.
Source and purchase materials within company procedures.
Work to health and safety standards with PPE.
Leave tenants' homes clean, tidy and respected.
Occasionally pair with a colleague on larger projects.
