Job summary

Henley Executive is seeking a Sales Executive to cover the South West. This is a field sales role with substantial client meetings and time spent generating opportunities from home. You will typically travel around Bristol and surrounding counties, with one day per month in Birmingham.

The base salary is £27,000 with on-target earnings of £40k+, and a company car or car allowance. The ideal candidate has B2B or B2C telesales experience, strong pipeline management, and confident negotiation

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, telesales or field sales.
• Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Confident negotiator with resilience and adaptability to clients.

Responsibilities

• Generating and following up sales leads.
• Management of sales pipeline.
• Meeting agreed KPIs and targets.
• Maintaining strong client relationships.
• Updating the CRM system with KPIs, pipeline, opportunities and revenue.
