NFU Mutual is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field-based team of Financial Advisers across the South West. You will coach, develop and motivate 11 advisers to achieve their sales targets while maintaining high standards of advice and regulatory compliance.

The role involves travel within the South West, working with NFU Mutual Agencies and customers. It offers a competitive salary, a company car scheme, and bonus potential up to 50% of base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating geographically diverse team.
• Strong knowledge/understanding of the compliance framework.
• Proven success in a Financial Services environment.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
