NFU Mutual is seeking an experienced financial services leader to head a network of field-based Financial Advisers across the South West. This role involves coaching and developing 11 advisers to hit sales targets, while ensuring compliance and delivering growth from NFU Mutual products.

You will manage relationships with Agency partners and NFU Mutual, travel across the region, and uphold regulatory standards as a certified function holder.

Formación

• Experience leading remote field-based sales teams.
• Qualified to QCF Level 4 or equivalent.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of field-based Financial Advisers across the South West.
• Coach, develop and motivate 11 FAs to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver maximum profitable growth from NFU Mutual products through the sales team.
• Develop marketing campaigns, support strategic planning and monitor advice standards.
