Job summary

Sealey Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the South West. You will sell to distributors, manage 200+ accounts, and expand both new and existing customer relationships across Cornwall, Devon and West Somerset.

The role requires a proven track record in field sales, strong communication, and the ability to meet targets. A UK driving licence and computer literacy are essential, with a competitive package and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience direct selling into independent distributors within the range industry or automotive aftermarket.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Full understanding of the sales process and ability to develop lasting customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present samples and promotions.
• Must live on patch covering Cornwall, Devon and West Somerset with a full UK driving licence.
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Selling a range of products into distribution channels.
• Managing an account list in excess of 200 customers.
• Expanding new and existing customer accounts.
• Negotiating the sales process; showing samples and promotions, and obtaining orders.
• Providing and maintaining high standards of customer care.
