Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading European construction and engineering business to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor for a large-scale solar PV project in South Wales. The role covers day-to-day site oversight, safety compliance, and coordination of subcontractors and site teams.

You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure milestones are met, quality standards are achieved, and site documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site teams on utility-scale solar PV or renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong understanding of UK HSE requirements and construction standards.
• Based in or able to travel to South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on a utility-scale solar PV project.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site teams and construction activities.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report delays.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement on site.
