Job summary

Clarion Chase is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and manage key accounts across the South of England. You will conduct site visits, demonstrate lean and visual management solutions, and expand the existing customer base with a proactive, consultative sales approach.

You should have 3–5+ years of B2B field sales experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors, plus a full UK driving licence. The role offers a bonus/commission structure, a company car or allowance, and clear career

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of B2B field sales experience.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering or material handling sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio.
• Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors.
• Conduct customer site visits across the South and Midlands.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and operational efficiency through lean and visual management solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, pilot projects and customer presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and manage your territory autonomously.
