Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Territory Account Manager for a leading integrated health and safety specialist, covering the South Coast from Portsmouth to Rye. You will manage 100–120 active accounts and win new business, operating mainly in a field-based, remote-working capacity.

You'll drive growth, protect margins, and build relationships with procurement, operations and HSE, while collaborating with a regional Business Development Manager to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PPE, Health & Safety or related sales.
• Strong track record of profitable growth via account mgmt and new business.
• Experience with B2B customers and multi-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable, sustainable revenue growth in your territory.
• Manage ~100–120 active accounts with £10k–£300k annual spend.
• Sell full PPE and Health & Safety product range to customers.
