Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead with energy in our pub kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when needed to keep the service on track and the food hot and fresh.

You’ll manage all kitchen aspects, run the line during service, and guide the team to develop their skills while upholding top quality standards. With our career pathway and benefits, you’ll have real opportunities to advance within a supportive, people-first pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded hospitality or as a Commis Chef preferred.
• Able to support Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Capable of running the line during service with accuracy.
• Motivates and develops the kitchen team while maintaining standards.
• Passionate about high standards of food and service.
