Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in during shifts to maintain high standards of service and quality.

You’ll oversee and develop the kitchen team, ensure hot, quality food reaches the pass, and help manage all aspects of kitchen operations. We value people-led culture and offer real opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.

Responsibilities
