The role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Supports and develops their team, maintaining high standards
• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches on the go
• Supports food, health, and safety standards, and understands financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
