As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, and use this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line and planning shifts for optimal coverage
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
