Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader who cares deeply about creating a positive environment for our guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards.
• Have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Are familiar with food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
