As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards.
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
