As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

About You

• You are passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards.
• You have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working with the team to coach and support.
• You understand food safety, health and safety standards, and are familiar with financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• You enjoy celebrating successes and recognize individual needs and drivers.
