Parker's Tavern at University Arms in Cambridge is seeking a Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards, speed, accuracy, and cost control.
You will mentor junior staff, manage stock, uphold food safety, and deliver consistent presentation and taste. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required, with sponsorship options for eligible Skilled Worker applicants.

Base Salary per annum - £32,326.88 plus £6785.00 per annum in Tronc.

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods within the kitchen, ensuring it is to the highest standards. You will be quick, efficient, and accurate, providing prompt service delivery. You will understand the importance of consistency and cost control.
