University Arms: Parker’s Tavern in Cambridge seeks a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to lead a pastry section, delivering high-quality desserts with creativity and precision. You will be part of a historic hotel team, working across fine-dining and high-volume service.

Base Salary per annum - £31,326.88 plus £6188.00 per annum in Tronc.

As Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running a designated section within the pastry kitchen. You will prepare and present high-quality pastry items, ensuring every plate is consistent, creative, and beautifully crafted.
