Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd. seeks a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef for a stunning 4-star country house hotel in Cornwall, near Helford River. Salary ranges from £37,000 to £39,000 with Tronc/Service Charge and staff accommodation available.

You’ll lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, develop the team, and ensure exceptional food, menu costing, stock control and hygiene standards in a beautiful coastal setting.

The Role

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen brigade and take charge of service in their absence.

You'll be involved in:
