Cornwall-Staff-Agency-Ltd is seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a stunning 4-star country house hotel in Falmouth. The role involves leading the kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence and ensuring exceptional food quality using local produce.

You will be involved in menu development, costing, and staff development, while maintaining high hygiene standards and controlling waste. A fantastic opportunity in a premium coastal setting.

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade of a stunning 4-star country house hotel in Cornwall.

The Role

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen brigade and take charge of service in their absence.

You'll be involved in:

• Maintaining exceptional food and presentation standards

• Training and developing junior chefs
