Mitchells & Butlers plc’s Vintage Inns–Globe venue is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef. You’ll run a kitchen section, train staff, and stand in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes that delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high standards.
