Job summary

Marston’s PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll support the Head Chef and help deliver hot, quality dishes to the pass each service. You’ll lead the line during service, supervise the kitchen team, and drive our high standards day in and day out.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded kitchen in a similar role.
• Experience as a Commis Chef considered valuable.
• Ability to support Head Chef and manage kitchen during service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Run the line during service and ensure high standards.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team while maintaining quality and consistency.
