Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Witney is seeking a Sous Chef for an FM service provider. The role is temp to perm with immediate start, offering £17 per hour. Hours are Monday to Friday with split shifts, and night and weekend cover as required.

The ideal candidate will have proven Sous Chef experience, be reliable, and able to work to set timescales while maintaining high health and safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to liaise with clients and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ordering
• Menu planning
• Organising FOH team & delegating
• Batch cooking & prep
• Maintaining service (Breakfast service starts 07:30-10:00, lunch 11:30-14:00).
• Hospitality
• Assisting with deliveries
• Covering nights service with pre booked holidays 18:00-02:00
• Covering weekend service with pre booked holidays 07:30-14:30
• Reporting machine breakdowns (Lavazza coffee machines, kitchen equipment)
• Liaising with client
