Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in Witney is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join a FM service provider. The successful candidate will have proven sous chef experience and the ability to work immediately across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ordering and menu planning.
• Organising FOH team and delegating tasks.
• Batch cooking and prep.
• Maintain service flow (breakfast 07:30–10:00, lunch 11:30–14:00).
• Assist with deliveries and stock management.
• Cover nights and weekend service as booked.
• Report machine and kitchen equipment issues.
• Liaise with client to ensure smooth operation.

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00am to 15:00pm
• 18:00pm to 02:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering
• Menu planning

• Batch cooking & prep
• Maintaining service (Breakfast service starts 07:30-10:00, lunch 11:30-14:00).
• Hospitality
• Assisting with deliveries
• Covering nights service with pre booked holidays 18:00-02:00
• Covering weekend service with pre booked holidays 07:30-14:30
• Reporting machine breakdowns (Lavazza coffee machines, kitchen equipment)
• Liaising with client
