You will support the Head Chef, help develop specials using local produce, and contribute to a warm, busy kitchen with a strong reputation.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience as a strong CDP or Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Experience with fresh food pub/pub grub is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.

A fantastic Sous Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon (with Live In available if required), is available for a popular fresh food pub which has an excellent reputation.

Deep in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, this is an outstanding 17th century inn, complete with exposed beams, flagstone floors, oak furniture, open fireplaces…and a warm welcome. You will have the opportunity to make your mark on the menu supporting the Head Chef, with specials changing multiple times per week based on the best local produce available.

Live In Sous Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon, Highlights:

• Hourly rate up to £17 per hour based on experience.
• Full time permanent position, around 45 hours per week.
• Excellent tips on top of salary - usually anywhere between £2-£6 per hour extra.
