Job summary

Harvester's Navigation Inn is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, trains talented people and ensures guests leave with a smile.

You will run a section, support the Head Chef in ordering, prep and stock, lead the team, and embrace the branded menu while meeting health and hygiene standards. Onsite accommodation is provided, and generous staff discounts and progression opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Experience in a fast-paced pub/restaurant kitchen.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Assist Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Coach Chefs and the wider kitchen team.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and teamwork.

As a Sous Chef at the Navigation Inn - Harvester, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
